Consulting
The IT Planning and Strategy services
can be offered to any client who wishes to plan their company’s IT implementation
or migration based on business and financial objectives. However,
this service is best applied to companies that have a definitive business
plan and strategy.
The first portion, which is the
IT Situation Analysis can also be undertaken as a stand-alone project,
or it can the initial portion of the comprehensive exercise which includes
the Plan or Strategy formulation which constitutes the whole IT Planning
and Strategy exercise.
With the completion of an IT Plan
and Strategy, out Project Management Consulting can be applied thereafter
to oversee the successful implementation of the resulting plan.
