Business Relationships
Our services are packaged in several
ways that allow clients to choose their preferred relationship with us.
The two main service relationships are:

Retainer consulting relationship;

Project-based consulting relationship
Retainer consulting provides clients
with the option of outsourcing any or all of it’s proposed / existing business
development, project management or corporate advisory functions to A&A.
Charges for fees are based on a fixed period retainer sum agreed upon during
the initial receipt of the assignment.
Project-based consulting charges
will be based on time and material cost or a fixed amount
agreed upon by us and the client. This equates to charges based on
actual time taken to complete the assignment, or on the effort estimated
to complete the assignment. The charges are normally agreed upon
during the initial receipt of the assignment.
The two methods of charging however,
would depend on the client’s requirements and A&A are open to a mixture
of both or any other method of payment preferred.
